Asheville, NC to Carolina Outfitters – Nantahala River Outpost

Approx.  1 ½ hours

1. Take 240 West to Exit 31B and I-40 West.  

2. Follow I-40 West to Exit 27 and US 74 West.

3. Follow 74 West ( approx. 40 miles).  74 West will narrow to a two lane road and go thru the Nantahala River Gorge. We are on the left you will see our Carolina Outfitters sign on the left side.
