What is magical, jolly, bright, frosty, and sparkly? Christmas, of course. And there’s no better place to spend Christmas than in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. Smoky Mountain Christmas Light Spectacular

From November 10th through December 31st, the Great Smoky Mountains Events Park (formerly Inspiration Park) will host the Smoky Mountain Christmas Light Spectacular.  This drive-thru event brings Christmas to life with huge custom built light displays depicting Christmas scenes for people of all ages to enjoy.  Grab your loved ones, pack them in your vehicle, and spend a magical evening at this enchanting event.

The Polar Express

Come ride The Polar Express for a magical escapade through the Christmas lit countryside. Begin your adventure at the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Bryson City Depot. Board the train and enjoy a round trip ride to the North Pole where Santa and his elves greet you. Santa boards the train and gives each child a special gift.  A truly magical experience from start to finish.

Letters to Santa

The Holiday Market
